KS-SUP-400-GSW

The multi-web

This compact pouch-making machine is engineered to support both digital and conventional printing processes, accommodating single and multi-web production. It features precise front and back print registration, rapid changeovers, and broad material compatibility, including standard laminates, mono-materials, and optional paper-based substrates. Designed for efficient short to medium-run manufacturing, it excels across a wide range of packaging formats. It’s especially wellsuited for label converters with narrow web printing presses or those aiming to produce pouches using varied material structures.

Sustainable Machines for Sustainable Packaging

All Karlville Swiss pouch machines have embedded a dynamic braking energy storage device to create more sustainability in drive technology and lowering operational costs and a static energy storage device that protects against damage from temporary power failures. Only 6KWH consumption during production.
