This pouch-making machine, tailored for conventional printing workflows, delivers fast changeovers and is well-suited for all production run lengths. Capable of processing standard laminates, co-extruded films, and mono-materials, its modular design ensures efficient handling of multiple pouch formats, including large sizes and multi-lane configurations.

All Karlville Swiss pouch machines have embedded a dynamic braking energy storage device to create more sustainability in drive technology and lowering operational costs and a static energy storage device that protects against damage from temporary power failures.
